Return Policy
1. Scope
This return policy applies to all purchases made via the Huck webshop, both for private customers (B2C) and professional customers (B2B), unless explicitly stated otherwise in the General Terms and Conditions.
2. Right of withdrawal – standard products
Private customers (B2C)
As a consumer, you have the legal right to withdraw from the purchase of a standard product within 14 calendar days after collection or dispatch of the goods, without providing any reason.
To exercise this right of withdrawal, you must:
- notify Huck in writing within this period;
- return the product unused, undamaged and, where reasonably possible, in its original packaging.
The costs of return shipping are borne by the customer, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
After receipt and inspection of the returned goods, the purchase price of the returned product will be refunded within a reasonable period, in accordance with the General Terms and Conditions.
Professional customers (B2B)
Professional customers do not benefit from a statutory right of withdrawal.
Returns of standard products by B2B customers are only possible:
- with prior written approval from Huck, and
- under the conditions determined by Huck.
3. Incorrect or damaged delivery
If Huck has delivered an incorrect or damaged product, the customer must notify Huck in writing within 48 hours after collection or delivery of the goods.
After this period, the delivery is deemed to be in conformity, except in the case of hidden defects that could not reasonably be detected immediately.
In such cases, Huck will:
- arrange collection of the product at its own expense, or
- offer an appropriate solution, such as replacement or refund, in accordance with the General Terms and Conditions.
4. Custom-made products – no right of withdrawal
Products that are custom-made according to the customer’s specifications are excluded from the right of withdrawal.
This includes, but is not limited to, products for which the customer must provide specific parameters during the ordering process, such as:
- dimensions;
- configurations;
- measurements or other personalised choices.
These custom-made products are not eligible for return, for either private or professional customers, unless there is a demonstrable error on the part of Huck.
5. Conditions for returns
Returns will only be accepted if:
- the product is in its original condition;
- the product has not been used, damaged or installed;
- the product is properly and securely packaged for transport.
Huck reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.
